TurfPilot helps lawn care businesses manage customers, properties, crews, routes, estimates, visits, photos, invoices, and payments. Signal Forge processes information only to provide, secure, support, and improve these functions.
Account and business contact information; customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers entered by a business; service records, notes and photos; device identifiers used for notifications; and purchase or payment status. TurfPilot does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Cloud data is stored using Google Firebase. Payment processing may be provided by Apple or Stripe, which process payment details under their own policies. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate TurfPilot, when a business directs us to share it, or when required by law.
Business records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and accounting purposes. Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support. Notification access can be disabled in device settings.
We use authentication, role-based access controls, encrypted network transport, and managed cloud infrastructure. TurfPilot is a business product and is not directed to children under 13.
